To schedule an inspection, you will need the following information:

Folder Number (this is your 8-digit permit reference number, ex. BP000000 or PLP00000)

Site Contact (a suitable individual / trade professional who will be available on site)

IMPORTANT

• Inspections can be scheduled two business days to ten days in advance.
• Inspections take place Monday to Friday anytime between 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Inspectors will call with an estimated time of arrival or 30-60 minutes before arrival.
• Arrival time requests can not be guaranteed. Requests and special instruction may be entered in the Booking Notes.
• All applicable and relevant documentation must be on site during inspections: yellow permit placard, approved site plans, registered professional memos.
• To reschedule or cancel on the day of the inspection, or if you don't see the inspection you are looking for, please call our office at 604-935-8150.
