To submit your request, a non-refundable record search fee of $36.55 is required. The fee is payable by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Visa Debit (2.2% credit card fee applies to all transactions).

• Review the list of records that may be released - Property Record Requests.
• Prepare to upload documents that authorize the release of records - Owner(s), Corporation, Strata Authorization.
• Additional fees may apply to obtain supporting documents or for printing paper copies of records.
• Search may result in no records being found; non-refundable fees will still apply.
• All fields marked * are mandatory.
• Partially completed applications can not be saved.
